We are looking for a dynamic retail assistant to take on a customer facing role and assist with sales, collections and in store customer queries. Ultimately, a top-class retail assistant is able to improve loyalty by creating lasing bonds with customers through a short interaction with the customer. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of information between automated monitoring systems and other engineers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Assist customers in the sales journey
- Prepare orders for collection and facilitate collections and RICA
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Explain billing, and optimization post purchase/collection, to prevent confusion amongst customers, and in turn ensure a longer customer lifetime value
- Recommend rainOne to existing clients
- Be a team player, and assist were required
- Regular inventory checks
- Experience in customer service, sales and retention
