. Basic Responsibilities • Opening of the Store • Closing of the Store • Enforce Safety and Security Rules and regulations • Record keeping of purchases, sales and requisitions 2. Inventory • Responsible for all aspects of Inventory • Ordering of products • Arrange deliveries to the store • Record Keeping • Stock Take • Review stock and sales records to prepare reports for management • Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of products sold 3. Customer Service • Provide excellent customer service 4. Employee Engagement • Direct , Assist and Supervise employees • Ensure that all duties and responsibilities are exercised with due and reasonable diligence • The supervisor will be responsible for all Staff-related issues (i.e. Training Employees, creating schedules and providing time sheets) 5. Sales • Assist management to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business • Estimate Consumer demands
Matric Essential Experience a) 2 years relevant experience. b) Computer Literacy essential – Microsoft Office. c) Knowledge of Syspro and STATS d) Excellent Customer Service e) Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Vehicle Other Attributes a) Good Communication Skills, Time Management & Problem Solving. b) Quality Control Analysis and Good decision making c) Good coordination skills and critical thinking
