Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to offer retention options and customized solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Use Siebel and C3D systems efficiently to manage customer accounts, process requests, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information is presented to customers.
- Meet or exceed set retention targets and contribute positively to the overall team's performance.
- Proactively handle customer complaints or escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and finding appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Base salary of R 6000 + R2000 attendance bonus
- This is increased to a further R 500 attendance bonus after month 3

- Minimum 6 months recent local mobile retentions experience
- Proficiency in using Siebel and C3D systems is essential.
