Review and implementation of end-to-end processes
- Perform predictive revenue modelling to forecast future trends based on historical information, market trends, economic forecasts
- Monitor and track revenue drivers and incorporate into revenue reporting
- Prepare models and presentations for the annual fee review process, budget and forecasting processes and ongoing financial reporting
- Create and deliver dashboards, automated reports, calculators and data feeds to optimise and improve processes related to our revenue
- Provide input on initiatives to reach business objectives that the role will be involved in and assess proposed actions in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Own and implement specific Finance KPI initiatives to ensure the finance function meets its objectives
- Participate and support the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participation in internal & external auditing activities
- Complete reconciliations for revenue-related general ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
- Monthly billing process (revenue validation, correct client allocation, invoice and statement generation and distribution)
- Monitoring, tracking and processing of client refunds and credit notes process ensuring validity, accuracy and completeness
- Reconciliation of relevant general ledger accounts to the Revenue Billing Files
- Client on-boarding and maintenance of customer database
- Collection on outstanding debtors and providing weekly age analysis commentary
