Key Accountabilities
- Ensure Operational efficiency of Outbound Sales Division and provide first and second line IT Support
- Provide hands-on Support to others within Rewardsco
- Assisting in the development and implementation of standard operating practices
- High levels of attention to detail and resilience
- Coordinate and lead technical desktop and application projects
- Track and Maintain hardware assets assigned to the IT Department
- Contributing to team effort and success in all areas of support
- Contribute to and measure professional development
- Deliver/Promote the highest levels of Client Service to all areas of the business
- Improve desktop support and other end user services through documentation and processes
- Understanding, enforcing and living by best practice methodologies
- Able to troubleshoot connectivity, OS and web application issues
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Deliver the highest levels of network service to supporting users and applications
- Work with end-user team in isolating application related issues as a result of poor Telco performance
- Knowledge of Web Applications
- Follow the support triage guidelines effectively and efficiently when dealing with support related queries, where necessary escalate to 3rd line support or other pertinent teams
- Must be creative in problem solving and solution creation
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- A professional who sets and maintain high standards of quality
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Eagerness and willingness to investigate and challenge information and actions when necessary and appropriate
- CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification essential together with an IT Diploma
- IT Degree in Computer Systems (advantageous)
- Web Application Support
- Basic SQL knowledge is essential
- Must be strong with Technology Management toolset such as SCCM
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Eco-System, including SharePoint, Office Suite, and Power BITs & Cs apply
