Key Accountabilities
- Draft and manage relevant and detailed Business Requirement Specifications and applicable User-Stories defining business requirements and possible solutions with clearly defined principles, processes and implementation practices,
- Research and analyze business requirements for best practice or best business model fit,
- Co-champion Agile delivery methods and adoption on minimum viable product with Continuous Improvement,
- Take the lead in onboarding of new technologies and processes, liaising with other units to manage dependencies and risks,
- Drive and Manage testing (User Acceptance Testing) for developed solutions, and
- Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
- Degree in Computer Science, or related qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Technical BA role
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in consulting for Business/IT transformation or in comparable responsibility
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the application of Agile principles and frameworks; Scrum and Kanban methodology
- Has worked in a project environment with responsibility to drive deliverables in a timely manner
