Responsibilities And Duties
- Create and Maintain a Repository of Standard responses across the response streams for the purpose of ensuring continuity
- Create and maintain the online library for all supporting documents and to ensure the information is up to date.
- Create and Maintain the online library for all BID requests and relevant responses.
- Maintain and ensure the most accurate and up to date information is captured in the Bid Tracker for accurate tracking and reporting purposes.
- Track and follow up on the RFP responses from various stakeholders and submit to BID office in time for internal submission deadlines.
- Ensure all RFP responses are in line with the BID requirement and that all questions are answered and re-assigned if referred to another area for response.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Escalate risk factors to the relevant management.
- All information should be updated with in 48 hours of effected changes
- All templates used should be reviewed quarterly.
- All documents and communication should be stored and archived. (Including email)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- The ability to be proactive, innovative and forward thinking.
