Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented, friendly and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages
-Matric / Grade 12
-B.Com Degree or Diploma completed a must (Key requirement)
-Minimum 5 years recent full Bookkeeping experience a must (Key requirement)
-Computer literate MS Office and Pastel Evolution required (Key requirement)
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to work under pressure
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Responsible and reliable
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full accounting functions for wholesale retail company
-Manage and oversee finance department with regards to weekly and monthly expenses and revenue.
-Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
-Identify financial risk of organization and propose / implement recommendations to reduce risk.
-Full Debtors and Creditors accounting function.
-Administer all financial aspects.
-Manage expenses and budget.
-Administer Petty-Cash payments / allocations and reconciliations.
-Salary preparations.
-VAT Reconciliations.
-General administrative work / other duties required by management.
-Provide feedback to management.
Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross maximum
