As a Senior Auditor specialising in Employee Benefit Plans, you will play an integral role in leading audits specifically focused on 401K plans. - Lead and execute audits of Employee Benefit Plans with a specific emphasis on 401K plans.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to Employee Benefit Plans.
- Oversee and manage the entire audit process from planning to reporting, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Actively manage budgets and engagement realisation.
- Direct and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Review and evaluate audit documentation, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Prepare financial statements of benefit plans, prepared in accordance with US GAAP.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Auditor role will bring a wealth of experience in auditing Employee Benefit Plans, particularly 401K audits. You will be fully qualified as an ACA / ACCA / CPA/ CA (SA) and have at least 4 years of external audit experience. Your understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Employee Benefit Plan audits will be thorough and comprehensive. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will be matched by your strong leadership abilities and passion for mentoring more junior talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

- Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA/ CA (SA)
- 4+ years of external audit experience.
- Proven experience in auditing Employee Benefit Plans, specifically 401K auditing.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Employee Benefit Plan audits.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills.
