Roodepoort, Johannesburg: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 10 years experience in Property Transfers at a law firm a must
-Independently function
-Thorough knowledge of transfer process, including drafting, admin & finances
-Able to work in high pressure environment
-Strong office, client and telephone etiquette
-Computer literate in MS Office, Ghost Convey, Lexis Convey and CRM
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Property Transfers (fully independently functional)
-Drafting of Transfer documents
-Handling of related Administration and finances
-Build strong relationships with clients
Salary: R 18 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum
