Rooihuiskraal, Centurion: TELESALES CONSULTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented, professional Afrikaans speaking individual
-Matric / Grade 12
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent experience as a telesales representative or other related telephonic sales/customer service role a must
-Computer literate in MS Office (Pastel preferred)
-Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service orientated
-Excellent communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
-Friendly and positive personality.
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
-Contactable References a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Receive incoming phone calls from clients for Wholesale / Retail Supplier Company
-Take and process quotations in an accurate manner
-Process sales invoices accurately and in terms of procedures
-Update customer information on database
-Filing of invoices
-Drafting of reports when required
-General administration
Salary: ± R 6 000.00 – R 7 500.00 gross
