A great mining company in Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a Chargehand Plant to join their team.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12
• Fitter/ Boilermaker Trade Certificate
• N3 Certificate in Engineering
• Drivers License
• Dover B Symbol

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Allocating labour resources and equipment and equipment to schedule and prioritise activities.
• Repair vehicles and machinery, diesel- hydraulics electro-hydraulics
• Maintain safety for specified areas.
• Remove and replacement of components.
• Fault finding on hydraulic systems.
• Breakdown recording and the reporting to the control room.
• Apply guidelines, standard specifications, and procedures for systems.
• Ensure availability of spares and resources
• Ensure safe and reliable workmanship.
• Advising defects and abnormalities to the appropriate supervisor
