Job Responsibilities
- Project Management:
Break down projects into manageable tasks, create project timelines, and track progress on a regular basis.
Identify, highlight and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks within projects.
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Traffic Management:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Supplier Management:
Provide into negotiating pricing, and timelines with suppliers.
Oversee the quality and delivery of materials or services as per agreed terms.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly and professionally.
- Financial Administration:
Monitor, track and update budgetary spend related to marketing activities.
- Communication:
Collaborate closely with teammates to understand the teams requirements for marketing initiatives and success.
- Additional Duties:
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the internal marketing processes.
Requirements Grade 12 Certificate Is Essential
Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management or a related field would be preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in traffic management and/or project management within an agency/organisation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Asana.
Experience with supplier management is a plus.
Quick learner who is adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
