- Provides RTR support for critical revenue administration functions, including tax and accounting functions
- Uses highly skilled technical skills to troubleshoot RTR issues and support commercial tax functions in the background.
- Collects data needed to support RTR functions and client needs.
- Provide Professional Research & Training support to the DevOps team
- Design and lead training sessions to educate users and practitioners on how to implement new Treasury IT systems and processes.
- Collate the information from the countries
- Work with MS / SKG to get these set up in the system
- Check these items have been correctly set up in the system
- Perform unit testing and IPT testing for the GA countries in terms of the plan
- Train the various sections for the different countries
- Go-live and PGLS
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- Previous experience with the full range of FA services is preferred.
- Experience with CRM and SAP preferred.
