Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SAAS Appointment Setter to join our team. This remote position requires you to work during USA business hours (3 PM - 11 PM South African Time). The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the SAAS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA to set up appointments for the sales team.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for a sales appointment.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all client details are up-to-date.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
• Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in the SAAS industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while meeting targets.

• Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Work Hours: Must be available to work from 3 PM to 11 PM South African Time.
