SIAM Manager (SAP)

The SIAM plays a crucial role in overseeing the Service Integration and Management framework for our organization. This role involves managing and coordinating multiple third-party service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients, technical teams, and business. The SIAM will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service providers meet their obligations and deliver services that meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the SIAM framework to integrate services from multiple providers.
  • Define and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor service quality.
  • Collaborate with various service providers to ensure clear communication and alignment on service delivery.
  • Resolve disputes and conflicts among service providers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain a strong governance structure to oversee the SIAM framework.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of service providers to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the SIAM process to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all SIAM-related matters and serve as a liaison between clients and service providers.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand their needs, align SAP solutions, and drive innovation.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects, including system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP Basis administration concepts, SAP architecture, and system landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver components, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, CRM, and Solution Manager.
  • Proficiency in SAP system integration, including experience with integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO).
  • Proven ability to drive innovation, stay ahead of SAP trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in service management, particularly in a SIAM role.
  • SAP Basis certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Professional - System Administration or relevant SAP solution certifications, are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
