Implement and maintain site specific safety, health and environmental requirements in line with Company Policy and Procedure, client site SHE requirements and legal requirements for designated contracts.
MAIN OUTPUTS
- Create and maintain health and safety files for designated contracts
- Generate site SHE related reports and communicate to Ops Manager and client
- Create and maintain site risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures, Planned Task Observations
- Monitor PPE, legal appointments, competencies, fire equipment, medicals
- Conduct Planned Task Observations
- Report, investigate incidents, generate report, communicate, follow up
- Conduct SHE site inspections and monitor and update registers, checklists, medicals, safety related training matrix
- Attend client site safety meetings
- Establish Prestige site safety committee, chair quarterly meetings, minutes, follow up on actions
- SHE Communication - SHE risks with site employees, SHE awareness, conduct safety related informal training, SHE toolbox talks, incident lessons learnt
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Valid SA Drivers License
