PICM (Randfontein) (Pty) Ltd, a well-established construction company, have a position available for a Health and Safety Officer in the Northam/Swartklip area.
The Safety Officer will be responsible for the management of safety and risks on a construction site at a mine. The optimisation of the safety and risk control through design, implementation, evaluation, coordination and management of the safety and risk control systems, as well as for ensuring legal compliance at the site.
Candidates that apply for this role will need the following to qualify at a minimum:
Must be SAC PC MP Registered
Excellent planning, analytical, communication and people skills.
Excellent administration standards.
Neat and Professional.
Must be skilled and knowledgeable regarding ISO Standards, Compliance and Audits.
At least five years of relevant work experience.
Contactable references of previous work experience.
The basic salary will be discussed during the interview, depending on experience and qualifications.
