Requirements
Sound knowledge of the Catering Industry. Sound knowledge of menus and recipes. Understand GP’s (gross profit), turnover and overhead charges. Must have an understanding of administration and basic knowledge of input: output: zero rated & vat exempt VAT will be advantage. Knowledge of cash controls and petty cash. Knowledge of procurement. Sound understanding of report compiling. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport, Must be able to travel.
Duties And Responsibilities
Set up new units in the Saffron Program. Recipe compilation. Loading of menus in the background for Motion Tablets. Maintaining photos on the Motion Tablets. Set up of stock items and UOM (unit of measure) Set up of financial centers in Saffron. Nutritional Analysis on Saffron. Training in the units on Saffron. Maintaining Saffron in already set up units. Daily Support on Saffron to the units. Review of results on a weekly basis to highlight areas of concern. Additional duties in the Operations Support Department will be required. Willing to work overtime if required.
