- Manage the delivery of a SAGE ERP project from a functional perspective as well as non-ERP applications integration to the ERP, this is from project inception all the way to post go live support and project closeout (this is not a project manager role but rather a functional/integration lead)
- Determine deliverables per Country
- Ensure Country team buy-in to the deliverables
- Assist the Deliverables team (Service Provider) with information required to Configure System
- Assist the Deliverables team (Service Provider) with information required to Migrate History and Take-On
- Test Deliverables as per design
- Train the Trainer (Super User)
- Training assistance to Super User for when they train the End User
- First Line Support during Go-Live
- Second Line Support for first month after Go-Live
- Manage status updates to senior management
- Manage timesheets and Budget
- Facilitate and guide problems resolution with service providers and internal team
- Practical experience in implementing SAGE 300 ERP
- Finance - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, Inventory Control.
- Operations - Sales Order, Purchase Order, CRM-Customer Relationship Management, Service Manager, TMS-Truck Management System, Demand Planning
