The SAC plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations. This position requires a candidate who can handle daily tasks associated with order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and sales reporting for our wholesale activities.
The Sales Account Coordinator is also expected to provide exceptional customer service and serve as a point of contact for wholesale accounts, acting as a liaison between the sales team and other relevant departments. This role reports to the Senior Sales Lead and works alongside the Sales Support Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Reporting:
- Collaborate with accounts to submit and confirm wholesale orders promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks to generate and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address any pending orders, ensuring their smooth progression through the fulfillment process.
- Pull and review weekly sales data, verifying its accuracy for the Sales Team.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to emails and messages from accounts promptly and professionally.
- Escalate any issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain Trade Program verification and discount approval processes.
- Proficient in Excel, including the use of vlookup and pivot tables, as well as other data management software.
- Demonstrated ability to support sales teams with order entry, processing, and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and clear speaking voice.
- Strong data entry skills, including basic math and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge or experience with Mirakl, Extensive (Skubana), SPS Commerce, Faire is a plus.
- The position is open to candidates who can work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and a background in customer service and wholesale.
