We are looking for a sales account manager in Woodstock, Cape Town.
Job responsibilities:
- Will include preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts)
- You will serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Generate proposals and contracts
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on our products/services/solutions
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Professionally and efficiently manage clients telephonic
- Quote and provide accurate pricing and product information to customers
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Adhere to professional telephone and email etiquette guidelines
- Promoting awareness of brand image
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate great communication skills as well as have attention to detail
