Company based in Sandton is looking for a sales administration assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting sales agents with quotes and paperwork.
- PB Verification + Credit Checks.
- Updating deals on Help Desk.
- Receiving of money from clients, dropping in cash box, issuing of change and receipt.
- Invoicing of meters.
- Issuing of stock.
- Daily sales recons.
- Data capturing.
- Courier arrangements.
- Assisting Sales Manager with various admin tasks.
Job requirements:
- Pastel experience is a must.
- MS Office (especially Outlook + Excel).
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Speed and accuracy.
- Honesty.
