Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
- Liaise directly with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented;
- Compile proposals, send out to customers, follow up telephonically , process and send off for invoicing and distribution;
- Perform data processing and generate reports including weekly turnover reports stock reports for Key Account management;
- Compile sales documentation for presentations when necessary in attractive and visual presentation style;
- Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
- Offer general administrative support to the team; and
- Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, with some exposure/experience in Sales Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience
