Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers with all administrative duties, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth operations within the sales department.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including sales reports, client information, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing prompt and helpful assistance to clients and colleagues.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales presentations, proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Manage and maintain the filing system, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Travel to off-site locations may be required occasionally to support Sales Managers and attend meetings.
- Previous sales experience is essential for this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have own transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
- Able to start as soon as possible and provide a smooth handover.
