The Yacht Sale Administrator is a key supporting role for yacht sales, operations and wider finance and compliance community.

What you will be doing:
- Raising sales invoice, ensuring they are aligned with tax regulations
- Working with finance and the aftersales team to prepare a local cost forecast by boat
- Maintain a master spreadsheet of expense invoices, verifying accuracy of invoice items compared to contract or agreement with client as well as accuracy of coding, and recording boat number, expected export date, etc.
- Create and maintain digital storage to hold all relevant documents by boat (invoice, export documentation, forecast etc..)
- Proactive tracking of export dates by yacht, updating documentation where required
- Preparation of all required documentation to be provided to the customs broker ahead of export
- Working closely with the customs broker on an ongoing basis to ensure all requirements are met
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organised/structured, good attention to detail and able to work independently
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Be pro-active, ready to take the initiative and think creatively to tackle challenges
- IT literate (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Knowledge of South Africa export rules and requirements an advantage but not essential
