Helloan exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard International, Hollard Health New Business Development area. We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator (Permanent).
To perform administrative duties and sales assistant support to the Holllard Health Sales team. Perform the coordination function of all the administration for the area.

Key Responsibilities
Problem solving.
Monitoring and managing turn-around times providing feedback to stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain mailboxes.
Assist with reporting (market feedback as well as sales reports).
Setting up of meetings with brokers/employer groups, booking meeting rooms etc.
Creating and maintaining scheme comparisons.
Assist with the completion of tender documents.
Draft and distribute minutes of Sales related meetings.
Building critically important relationships with brokerages, brokers, and their assistants.
Work closely with underwriting, submission of quotes, follow ups and query resolutions.
Upkeep of agent Sales Personnel files for the sales manager.

Required Knowledge And Experience
1-year experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding the Financial Services industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
The ability to speak a second or third language specifically Portuguese or French, is an advantage.
