General Desscription
We are looking for an organized, process driven and meticulous Sales Administrative Manager to assist and manage our sales admin office. This role includes verifying order and customer information, capturing orders on SYSPRO, issuing orders to the factory and logistics, communication with customers, completing and reading reports. You will be a point of contact for our customers and assist with products, orders and deliveries. Attention to detail is imperative and excellent customer communication.
Responsibilities Include
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices - Attention to detail is imperative
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with production
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Conduct customer surverys to gather data
- Assist sales where necessary
- Minimum Tertiary Qualification
- High School Matric Certificate
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Sales Administration or Other Admin Role
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable with computers
- Efficient and skilled with excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems or Syspro system is a bonus
- Good Communication Skills and Great people skills
