Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales managers, including scheduling meetings, maintaining sales databases, and preparing sales reports
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Help to drive sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities and following up on leads
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
