Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team. The Sales Administrator will support the sales department by managing schedules, filing important documents, communicating relevant information, assisting in preparing presentations and following up with customers to expedite deals. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales team calendars and appointments.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain and update customer databases with contact information and sales activity.
- Monitor and track sales team performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings and conferences.
- Ensure that all sales department operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5 years' experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in CRM such as ZOHO.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
