Sales Administrator (Half-day position)

All-Rounder Sales Administrator Vacancy 

Our Client is based in Durbanville area, looking to employ a Sales Administrator that will be assisting their Sales department. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Previous experience in Logistics Sales Related environment will be beneficial
  • Quoting / Invoicing clients via email or telephone.
  • Assisting with claims when needed
  • Follow up on orders / cash sales and receive payments
  • Tracking and updating client’s daily
  • Maintaining high level of customer service levels
  • Ensuring correct information/documentation is received and sent to clients
  • Liaise daily with planners and accounts department
