All-Rounder Sales Administrator Vacancy
Our Client is based in Durbanville area, looking to employ a Sales Administrator that will be assisting their Sales department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Previous experience in Logistics Sales Related environment will be beneficial
- Quoting / Invoicing clients via email or telephone.
- Assisting with claims when needed
- Follow up on orders / cash sales and receive payments
- Tracking and updating client’s daily
- Maintaining high level of customer service levels
- Ensuring correct information/documentation is received and sent to clients
- Liaise daily with planners and accounts department
