Job Purpose
Responsible for all the administrative functions in the office and all the sales support to Management, Regional offices, Sales Consultants and other departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing tools (Stock take; forecasting; reporting; issue stock to regions; assist with ordering and selection of tools; liaise with suppliers).
- Maintain and update head office finance report for consultants.
- Answer, address and determine purpose of incoming phone calls.
- Deal with queries and provide correct information.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- Assist with all administrative duties (drafting of documents; scanning; filing).
- Assist with all communication channels (letters; emails; WhatsApp groups).
- Update pricing and communicate changes (systems & relevant stakeholders).
- Make appointments consultants as and when required.
- Load new products on relevant systems.
- Assist with maintenance of sales portal.
- Capture orders as and when required.
- Provide monthly feedback and reports
- Follow up on and provide assistance with orders.
- Assist with all administrative queries received from consultants.
- Load and update all product offers as and when required.
- Create, load, and update weekly blogs.
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Office administration.
- Sales and Marketing qualification.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with sales administration in a sales environment.
- General office administration and filing.
- Strong background in support to sales staff.
- Full Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Level
- Knowledge of a Sales Environment and processes
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
