THE JOB AT A GLANCE
You provide support and help our customer management teams with Sales Administration. You use strong knowledge of Tiger processes and capabilities to ensure that Sales Administration are always in order and in line with all Tiger Internal Controls (Policies & SOPs). You understand the categories and their respective customer dealings and operations to enable quick response and proactiveness to the category and customer daily needs.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and manage production plans monthly, based on the demand view supplied by S&OP
- Raise purchase orders for all FGs required, adhering to all lead time policies set
- Procure all materials for the Part Toll Model products
- IMPORTED Products Ensure sufficient forward cover is requested on all IMPORTED POs raised.
- Track and measure plans daily to ensure a monthly 97% Pack to plan service level
- Maintain daily/weekly communication with Co Packers and suppliers
- Conduct stock counts monthly, where Tiger owned material is held
- Maintain PO pricing on all open POs, when pricing amendments are communicated
- Manage innovation execution to ensure stock availability at launch
- Provide input to line manager for performance scorecard measurement
- Assist quality team in addressing customer complaints
- Manage WIP, addressing variances and resolving queries timeously
- Accuracy and completeness of reports
- Adherence to deadlines

- Self-management You are a self-starter who manages their own workload effectively to ensure that deadlines are met and risks to delivery are raised early
- Communication skills You have strong written and oral communication
- Systems and Process You comfortable following set processes but also look for opportunities to improve and develop them
- Over 3 years' experience of administrative work within a Sales function
- Experience of shared service working would be beneficial
