Assist RT3 sales teams with proposals, sales paperwork (PRN& Ensure RT3 contract packs are compliant with Contract Control requirements.
Follow up on stock availability, outstanding accessories, etc.
To assist in monitoring stock levels and to ensure stock levels are sufficient for customer backorders and to follow up on ETA of goods from company by communicating with all the relevant parties.
Follow up on order picking, deliveries and Technician dispatch, local and other areas
Provide feedback to sales teams of deliveries, delays, etc.
Ensure customer collections/deliveries are executed as promised to customers.
Ensure that the workflow process from order to installation is carried out effectively.
Process removals and resites and follow-up on Service Level Agreements with customers
Assist with queries regarding orders, billing, customer service, etc.
Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to Customer problems, needs and avoidance of Customer dissatisfaction to display a total commitment in putting the Customer first.
Handling customer problems & queries
Good product knowledge and accuracy of information related to customer queries
Provide general reports and figures relating to sales and stock for the RT3 business.
Job Requirements Matric
2 - 3 years administrative experience
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Oracle.
Must be customer orientated and able to apply a lot of initiative for query resolution.
Must have a high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure.
Must be analytical and self-disciplined.
Must be a self-starter and able to work on your own.
Must be a team player.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have good communication skills at all levels
