As an Sales Advisor, youll need to be self-motivated and target driven with a contagiously positive attitude to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests via multiple platforms, ultimately ensuring that they have had a pleasant customer experience.

What You Will Do In This Role
- Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
- Manage multichannel interactions (e.g. voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services and solutions
- Process payment information with high security and integrity
Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- A matric certificate
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact centre
- 6 months outbound Sales experience
- Clear communication skills with accurate spelling, grammar, pronunciation skills (B2 Level or higher)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment with high call volumes
- Knowledge of phone and key board functions and are generally computer and tech savvy
- Active listening skills and are customer centric focused
