Our company is looking for a field agent in and around East London and/or whose willing to relocate to assist in actively contributing towards the our Vision of becoming the number one broker in South Africa, with the mission to eradicate unemployment.
Main Functions
- Sales Representation
- Market the products of our clients to potential customers.
- Sell products to new clients and retain the old clients.
- Follow up with Clients and or customers.
- General advertising and/promoting our products.
- Management of Database
- Follow-up on leads received every week from management
- Update management on leads daily to ensure accurate input of data
- Ensure continuous interaction and relations with clients/customers
- Company Meetings
- Attendance of Sales/Marketing meetings as arranged by manager/s.
- Supply Direct Manager with all relevant information
- Accountability for time management and functioning per week
- Establishing and Maintaining Relations
- Established contact with a minimum of 2 new clients per week to ensure satisfaction of customer service
- Maintain and develop professional, supportive, and trusted relations with clients and colleagues
- Regular telephonic contact with of clients on the database
- Establish new relationships with potential clients and other interested parties
- Weekly Training to understand and recap on how to establish and retain relations with new and old and clients respectively
- 3. Ad Hoc Function
- Assisting colleagues with certain promotions if and when required, especially over weekends/public holidays
- Handling telephonic queries.
- Product Information.
- Assisting with Marketing requirements in terms of information presented in the field
INHERENT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 2 Years of Sales Experience.
- Problem-Solving.
- Ability to communicate at a professional level.
- Effective Time Management.
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
- Effective management of client base.
