We are looking for a Sales and F&I Administrator to work alongside our F&I Department managers to assist with handling the financial reporting and general administrative aspects of our daily operations
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist our F&I managers with various admin duties
- Assist in running reports
- Performing other general administrative tasks
- Impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
- Monthly reporting
- Compile and submit files with required documentation to financial institutions
- Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Strong organisational skills with fine attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Be organised and able to take direction under authority
- Excellent Listening skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong personality that can manage heavy workloads
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to delegate and manage people successfully
- Grade 12
- Excellent administrative, organising and communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid drivers license with own reliable transport
- Willing to work two Saturdays per month
