Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in introducing and promoting our software solutions to tree fruit marketing companies, packsheds, and retailers across the world. You will leverage your extensive experience in international fruit sales and marketing to understand their specific needs and demonstrate how our technology can enhance their operations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the international fruit sales and marketing sector.
- Market Outreach: Proactively engage with tree fruit marketing companies, packsheds, and retailers worldwide through various marketing and sales channels to introduce our software products and services.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and their applications in the tree fruit industry. Articulate the value and advantages of our products to potential customers.
- Needs Analysis: Identify the unique challenges and requirements of each customer within the tree fruit sector, and offer customized software solutions to address their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative product presentations, webinars, and marketing materials to showcase how our software can benefit customers in fruit size prediction, quality assessment, grading, and more.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue objectives.
- Proven experience in fruit sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge or experience in the tree fruit industry, including packsheds and fruit retail, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
