Requirements
- 3 5 Years Real Estate experience.
- Experience in providing training to individuals as well as groups, both physically and online.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Valid driver's license as well as own vehicle.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong administration skills.
- Arrange all training sessions and related requirements for the Eastern Cape Region.
- Manage training schedules - both internally as well as client requirements.
- Increase training exposure within the existing client base.
- Provide physical training as well as online training.
- Develop and maintain training material and workbooks.
- Selling of software system within dedicated area being the Eastern Cape (which may change from time to time).
- Be flexible enough to do extensive travelling to clients.
- Manage new and existing clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
- Ability to accurately estimate work required on tasks, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines.
- Positive outlook on life, work and other people.
- Attentive to detail and passionate about data and real estate.
- Excited about learning, pushing technical limits and finding new solutions.
- Able to think creatively outside the box.
