Our client, a reputable upmarket sports motor dealership requires the services of a Junior Sales Assistant/Apprentice to support the sales executives and sales manager in the daily operation of the department, this includes and is not limited to:
- Movement of cars around the dealership
- Managing the storage of cars
- Interacting with other departments
- Receiving and inspecting vehicles
- Transportation of clients
- Preparing cars for the showroom floor and for deliveries
- Fitment of number plates
- Administrative work
The candidate will receive training and be groomed to fit the company standards and culture. Should the candidate over a period of time (usually 1 year) prove to be successful in their post, have shown they have the skills, personality and hunger to succeed they will be tested for a sales executive position upon approval of the management board.

Qualifications and Experience:
Any business related degree or diploma – a Bcom degree will be most advantageous
This is an apprentice/student position. You therefore don’t require much or any job experience.
Preferably no experience at any other motor dealership
Experience in retail/sales environment might be beneficial
