What Youll Do
- Executive admin and secretarial tasks including Data Management
- Travel bookings, purchase orders
- Communication management (Distribution lists and Announcements)
- Build trusted relationships
- Keep confidentiality
- Cooperation across boundaries and borders
- Create positive and engaging environment
- 3 to 5 Years experience and relevant qualification administration, office management and secretarial
- Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
- SAP and Concur will be advantageous
