Seeking a results-driven salesperson to join our energetic team.
Job responsibilities:
- Attend sales appointments and activities
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, sharing with team in bi-weekly meetings
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Source and develop client referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Continuously improve through feedback
Job requirements:
- The individual in this role would provide insight and suggestions for our customers and nurture them through our purchase flow from start to finish, ensuring the maximum yield in sales and happiness of the customer.
- Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, communication skills, style and company profitability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven (especially during winter months)
- Track record in a sales environment or motivational letter as to why you believe we should hire and train you.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Ability to create a pleasant customer experience
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Familiarity with POS systems (yoco,vend etc.)
- Availability- minimum 4 days per week
