Sales Consultant:
Location: Pretoria East
CTC: R180 000 - R230 000 Basic + commission structure
A brand new state of the art gym and fitness centre in Pretoria East has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Sales Consultant to join their team. You will be tasked with selling new gym memberships for the club and promoting the brand by developing relationships, approaching companies and individuals with a strategic and focussed mind-set to develop genuine interest by promoting the benefits, results and experience they will have by joining the gym. We are Inviting highly dedicated professionals who are target driven, client-focused and committed to achieving results to apply for this role. The successful incumbent will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will demonstrate and exude everything the club stands for from its values to its brand.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• A Sales & Marketing / fitness qualification – preferable
Required experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience, with a proven track record
Additional requirements:
• Will be required to work weekends and public holidays
• Valid Driver's license & own transport – essential
• Ms Office skills
Duties and responsibilities:
• Creating product awareness
• Understand the market and demographics of the club environment, to effectively communicate the message to the market you are selling in
• Generate and qualify own business leads
• Develop and build member networks and relationships with existing and new members
• Setting up face-to-face appointments with potential members
• Conduct club tours for potential members, advise on services and facilities offered
• Conduct a thorough needs analysis of potential member’s requirements to advise on what the club can offer in order to meet these needs
• Close deals
• Administrative functions including signing new members and all sales-related documentation
