Sales consultants for a Vodacom store required. We are looking for outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic people to fill positions.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidates will be working in an energetic, target driven environment
- Approaching prospective clients and business clients to present, promote and selling of: new contracts/upgrades/accessories/fibre/insurance
- Understanding importance of customer retention
Establishing a rapport with potential clients and offering the highest level of customer service
Maintaining the stability and reputation of the Company by complying with all requirements- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of new products
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Goal orientated
- Self-motivated
- Proven sales track record in a highly customer service orientated environment
- Understanding and knowledge of being in the Cellular industry
Vodacom M2 & C3D system knowledge an advantage.
