Job Description:
We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, target driven individuals. If you have previous sales experience, if you are a hunter who has successfully chased targets. If you are willing to work your way up to a Sales Management position - this is the position for you.
Real Promotions is currently training young-spirited individuals from Sales Representatives into future Managers.
Basic Job Duties:
- Outside sales - which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
- Meet a target of 1-2 sales a day.
- Build and manage your own team.
- Motivate your team members as well as yourself and always maintain a positive attitude.
Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided from our company to successful candidates for free.
