Role Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute sales strategy, encompassing pricing, tactics, and goals.
- Manage leads, including communication, meetings, viewings, and query handling.
- Work toward quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets, both departmental and individual.
- Provide legal and administrative assistance to purchasers.
- Contribute insights and assist in sales reporting.
- Perform Client Service tasks, including customization assistance, site visits, and handovers.
- Assist in marketing collateral creation and major event delivery.
- Oversee Exhibition Space activities and events.
- Offer support for front-of-house duties when needed.
- 5 - 10 years of residential sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- A well-established network of past buyers and prospects.
- Strong customer focus with a background in client service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
- Competency in Excel, Outlook, and Word (MS Office Suite).
- Effective multitasking ability.
- Collaboration skills for successful teamwork.
