Responsibilities Include
- 100% Call Adherence of between 100 110 Off Trade Outlets.
- Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base.
- Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers complaints, queries and requests.
- Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
- Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.
- Identify training needs of the customer, offer basic training to outlet staff.
- Have and deliver on exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.
- Grade 12
- 2-3 years Off Consumption Sales and Merchandising Experience in a related FMCG Liquor Environment.
- Knowledge of the Off-Consumption Liquor Trade is essential.
- Drivers license.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
