About The Role
In this role, youll engage with warm leads, building rapport and creating interest in our products or services. Your goal will be to nurture these leads, gather key information, and hand them over to our sales closers. Based in Cape Town, this position requires working US hours, giving you the opportunity to interact with clients in the global market.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to warm leads via phone and email.
- Build relationships and spark interest in our offerings.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and understanding their needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while engaging with clients.
- Update and manage lead information accurately in our CRM system.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence in engaging with US-based clients and navigating their inquiries.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for client engagement.
- Availability to work US hours (late afternoons to evenings in South Africa).
- Based in Cape Town and able to work in-office.
