Job responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing customer value based selling telephone approach.
- Close prospective customers using working knowledge of the clients products.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.
- Handle enquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints.
- Handle all incoming phone calls with a high level of customer experience and professionalism.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files.
Job requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer enquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process orders, sending acknowledgments with notification of order changes or per customer request.
- Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order enquiries, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks.
