KD Marketing can offer successful applicants a 6 to 12 months in-house training management program to launch their management career and continuous support, coaching and mentoring to ensure such progression and ongoing development.
There are several stages of our program; starting with event sales and client representation, followed by team leadership, administration and recruitment, and capping off with office management and client relations.
